We want you to love PlatePlanner. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on PlatePlanner Pro: if you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your transaction using the email address you subscribed with, or
- Contact our support team via the contact details on the site and we'll forward your request to Paddle.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage subscription page. After cancellation you keep access to PlatePlanner Pro until the end of your current paid period.
